Truespace Flex ("Truespace", "we", "us") is a flex-workspace marketplace for Delhi-NCR. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact & enquiry details: name, work email, phone, company name, team size and preferred location when you submit a Get Quote, Contact or "list your space" form.
  • Account data: if you create an account, your email, password (hashed) and profile details you provide.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, listings saved, search filters used, device/browser type and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies: essential cookies for login and session state, plus analytics cookies to understand usage.

2. How we use it

  • Respond to your enquiries and match you with verified operators.
  • Provide, maintain and improve our marketplace features.
  • Share the minimum necessary details with the operator whose space you enquire about.
  • Send transactional and, with consent, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share enquiry details only with the specific operator you are enquiring about, and with service providers (hosting, CRM, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, and delete or anonymise them thereafter.

5. Your choices

  • Access, correct or delete your account data — email us at gourang@truespace.work.
  • Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • Use browser controls to block non-essential cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we also encourage strong passwords and unique credentials.
