How we make money
Truespace is free for occupiers. We are paid a brokerage fee by the operator or landlord when a deal closes, so you never pay us to search, shortlist, tour or negotiate.
Who pays for what
| You get | You pay | Operator pays |
|---|---|---|
| Search, shortlist and pricing | Nothing | Nothing |
| Tours and site visits | Nothing | Nothing |
| Negotiation and paperwork support | Nothing | Nothing |
| A signed deal | Your rent, to the operator | Our brokerage fee |
Why this keeps our advice honest
Our fee is broadly similar across operators, so there is no reason for us to push one brand over another. We show every option that fits your brief, including the ones that pay us less, and we tell you when a space is wrong for you.
We publish all-in pricing, real photos and honest availability on the page. If an operator will not share those, the listing does not go live.
What we will never do
We do not sell your details to a list of operators. We do not inflate rents to increase our fee. We do not bury a paid placement inside a shortlist and call it a recommendation.
Common questions
Is Truespace really free for occupiers?
Yes. You pay rent to the operator you choose. Our fee comes from the operator or landlord after the deal closes.
Do you charge more if I use your help to negotiate?
No. Negotiation, documentation support and site visits are included at no cost to you.
Does a bigger fee change what you show me?
No. We shortlist on fit: location, seats, budget and terms. You see the full set of options that match your brief.
