- How much does a coworking desk cost per month in India?
- It depends far more on the micromarket than on the city. A desk in a peripheral business park can be a third of the price of the same desk in a grade-A tower ten kilometres away. The table on this page shows the lowest published per-seat monthly rate we currently hold in each city, straight from operator pricing.
- What is included in a per-seat price?
- On Truespace, per-seat monthly rates are all-in of standard services: the desk, internet, electricity, housekeeping, common-area access and building maintenance. Taxes, parking, dedicated meeting-room hours beyond the included credits and any custom fit-out are quoted separately.
- Do prices drop for larger teams or longer terms?
- Yes, and materially. Twenty-plus seats or a twelve-month term is usually worth a double-digit percentage discount off the published rate. Published prices are list prices; we negotiate on the occupier's side, so what you sign is normally below what you see.
- How current are these prices?
- They come from the live listings on this site and change whenever an operator updates a rate with us. Where a city shows no figure, operators there quote on request and we will source live pricing for you within a business day.
